Ali the main staff was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it’s convenient to the tourist spots and also amazing staff. Ali helped me on what train ride I have to go and also he helped me book a taxi at 5am. Amazing people and glad I stayed at this hotel.

Very good

Very near to the famous square with nice personel. There is a valet parking next to the hotel but a little expensive. However if you are willing to walk there are plenty of parking options. I was at the pera room and the view was marvelous.

I stayed in Ortaköy many times before but never stayed at this hotel. It has an excellent location, just a very short walk from the main area. It’s also very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel is traditional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They came to check on the room every day and made sure everything was good! Room was big and well appointed. this a hotel that takes its responsibilities very seriously, and tries to deliver a good service! I will be coming back here on my next trip to Istanbul!

This was a very basic hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Based on previous experience I would consider it a "2 star" level hotel. It's definitely an older hotel in serious need of updating, although the bathrooms had been updated. The photos presented in the ads made it look much nicer than it actually was and that there were more amenities than were available. There were no English speaking staff on site, which is not a deal breaker for me, but it made check in more challenging. I wouldn't necessarily advise against booking for a very short stay as it is inexpensive but just be aware that some lodging is not as presented in photos and is as described.

Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Wurde ins Nebengebäude zu Pensions Zimmern abgeschoben! Bilder sind sehr alt. Stimmen nicht mehr überein. wenn man nichts findet, ist immer noch besser, als auf der Straße zu schlafen. Mehr aber auch nicht.

Temizlik ve konum açısından tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Fakat banyoları çok dar, ayrıca konak çok eski olduğundan tahtalar hiç güven vermiyor. Bana şu bile veremediler. Siparişleri gelmemiş. Çarşafları temizlenmişti belli ama artık yıprandığı için tüyler toplamaya başlamış. Yani kendi çarşafınızı , havlunuzu falan götürüp, birkaç gece sadece merkezi yerde kalmam gerekiyor diyorsanız uygun biryer.

雰囲気のある歴史的な建物、部屋も趣きがある。ゆえにエレベーターは無く、バッグを持ちながらの階段の昇降が難しかったが、親切なスタッフが助けてくれた。 見晴らしのよいフェリー港も近く、小さな食事処やカフェもたくさんあり、朝の散歩も安全だった。
