"Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Well maintained rooms, pools and grounds. Food, drink and marketplace offer delicious and thoughtful options. Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. We look forward to returning and sharing our positive experience with others."

"Beautiful property and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and beach toys were provided. Very close to several beaches, restaurants, Botanical Gardens, and shopping. The rental management was very responsive and even came by to check that we were ok when experiencing heavy rainstorms and flooding on the island. Definitely a repeat visit in the future."

"Little disappointed in the house. Several items were broken, refrigerator in kitchen, refrigerator upstairs above the garage, lights outside door from stairs above the garage. Just a lack of paying attention to details for the price of this home. The pool cushions were extremely molded. We actually turn them over and around to find a clean side. Not one of our best. "
