"What a great spot! The host was really helpful at providing instructions on how to access, and everything we needed was waiting for us. No hassle getting in and settled. No back and forth on anything, all information up front, which made this relaxing vacation as stress-free as we wanted it to be. The place was really clean upon arrival, had everything we needed for our stay. The view is lovely, looking at the ocean waves while sitting on the balcony was excellent. We also had a lovely movie night where we picked up some food and watched a film. Just an overall wonderful spot to come and relax. Checking out was easy too, we got simple instructions and just locked up on our way out. Would definitely book this place again."

"Loved our stay here. Would go back if we are ever blessed to go again. We had a family of 10 (4 couples w/ 2 late teen boys) and the property was prefect for our group with a couple beds to spare. Walkable to the shops (don’t wait until the last day to discover the trail from the neighborhood to the shops). Drive to the north side of the island for better beaches but stay here."

"The property was functional and in a great location. We were there a month after a hurricane, and clean up of the area was still progressing. Understandable. However, the sliding door and windows were all sticky and difficult to operate, and this had nothing to do with the hurricane. The unit itself needs some maintenance and updating."

It was a bit disappointing that some amenities were unavailable but the staff did all they could to cleanup and prepare for our visit. The unit was very clean, well-appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The location, of course, can’t be beat!"

"This unit was great! Awesome location, clean and comfortable condo, and we especially loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Parking was easy and convenient, and having laundry available on each floor was a nice bonus.Owner Pat was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the condo and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai."

"What an amazing home away from home. The views were worth every penny, the host was very responsive, the rooms were comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Host made sure unit was stocked with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and games. If I’m blessed to enjoy another trip there, this will be the first place I try to book. Being able to walk out every day and see the amazing sunsets and feel the waves along with easy walk to Beach House restaurant or a quick drive to the stores and coffee shop was so worth it."
