"All around this property is five stars. The staff, location, and design/architecture were incredible! However, the one area they need a little work is the dining and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is really amazing, but some of the food was sub-par for sure. Also, they have a wine bar which seems like a nice touch for a hotel of this caliber… but the wine bar only has three options for a glass pour of wine and the bottle list isn’t quite impressive. All around I still give 5 stars and it’s it truly a great experience. I hope in the future they refine their wine options and improve the menu items that were lacking. Cheers "

"absolutely beautiful resort, many activities to do within the resort, the staff is friendly, humble and accommodating. The evening shows are nice, food was good several restaurant within the resort to choose from, we set up a spa day as well and it was beautiful. The spa is located next to the river and you can hear the water while getting a massage, if there is any cons which aren't really cons, its that you are in the jungle, so there is many bugs, critters and other kind of wildlife, the bathrooms in the lobby/restaurant areas do not have air conditioning, and twice i walked in and was greeted by BIG lizard/Iguana things in the stalls. Again, it is the Jungle so I didn't let it bother me. The bell boy warned us of the monkeys that like to show up in the early morning around the villas. But again we didn't mind. Overall the Villa was beautiful and relaxing. I would love to go back to this resort one day. Of course, whenever I am mentally and physically prepared for that 24 hour flight from California. lol "

"Amazing hotel. Had a super lovely stay the rooms are very spacious and clean. The friendliness and hospitality of the team here at jungle kayon is above and beyond. The pools are amazing and insta worthy posts if you are into that. The in house entertainment at night is wonderful every night is different. It’s very secluded and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to return. "
