"From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcome. We booked tanah gajah for our honeymoon and wish we had stayed for longer than 4 nights! The hotel has so much to offer - a tethered hot air balloon (worth every penny), professional photographer, rice field paddy tour and kedac dance nights. The staff were all brilliant and we slept amazingly well. We would definitely recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Ubud."

However, there were two downsides: 1) inconsistent food quality at breakfast, and 2) inconsistent staff efficiency and competence. While the staff were always polite and welcoming, service was often inefficient or poorly managed, particularly during breakfast and check-in, and when handling operational issues."

All the staff were wonderful, especially Sumi and Dewi, who went above and beyond. The Mat Pilates class was excellent too. Ubud itself was quite crowded during our visit, which made us appreciate the hotel's own offerings even more — two pools, three restaurants (the Western food was particularly good), and cultural dance performances every single night. We left feeling completely refreshed."

"The room was super clean. It has all of the amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds etc, so you do not have to ask for anything. You get two water bottles daily, theres tea/coffee sachets in the room. They have a water dispenser in the corridor so you can refill your bottles. It really had everything you need. On arrival you have a welcome drink and sweet. The service was good. They have a gym, spa and pool. The area has affordable massage places, restaurants and shops. Overall, highly recommend if you are staying in Ubud."

"The property was very spacious with a lovely pool and beach area. We stayed in Lagoon room which was private and also spacious. It was little bit away from main attractions, but a we hired a motorbike to get around The shower was cold until you had to run The water for 1/2 hour before getting warm. The sheets were not changed in the 8 days that we were there. We had to regularly ask for towels, coffee for room as was not replaced. Did was nice for breakfast and dinners"
