Nous avions réservé Une chambre avec un lit double nous avons eu 2 lits jumeaux Pas de support pour le papier toilette Pas de support pour poser le gel douche ou shampoing On demande à économiser de l’eau et de l’énergie en conservant les serviettes, nous ne les avons pas mises dans la douche et elles sont quand même changées tous les jours. Le pommeau de douche fuyait et l’eau chaude met au moins 5 bonnes minutes à arriver. Donc soit trop chaud soit trop froid Également la nuit, des personnes en bas hurlent (???) ce qui est clairement désagréable à 1h30 du matin. Le petit déjeuner en bas de l’hôtel n’est pas top. Service en décalage, un mange chaud et l’autre froid. Sinon la localisation est bonne.

Beste Lage

Das Hotel liegt perfekt, direkt in der Altstadt. Es ist etwas schwierig zu finden, da man durch ein Tor in den Hinterhof gehen muss und an der Straße kein Schild hängt. (Gegenüber vom "bracka4" - Club. Es ist beliebt bei jungen Menschen, also nicht besonders ruhig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip, bei dem man sowieso nur unterwegs ist und nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel kommt, bestens geeignet.

Topp beliggenhet, med svært harde senger.

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Nyoppusset, men svært varierende rom. Vi fikk et knøttlite rom over to etasjer, manglet stoler og måtte sitte i senga for å spise eller slappe av. Andre i reisefølget fikk kjemperom med gode lenestoler og sofa i tillegg til sengene. Det mest negative var likevel madrassene som var «harde som betong». Beliggenheten var som nevnt helt topp, men dette medførte naturlig nok da en del gatestøy.

Hyvä sijainti, kohtuullisen tasoinen yöpymispaikka

Ok hotelli jos pienet epämukavuudet eivät haittaa. Huone hyvin siivottu, mutta kaipaisi pintaremonttia ( seinissä tuhruja, kylpyhuoneenovi kupruilee, huoneenovessa murtuma, seinälamput repsottavat, huojuvat työpöydät.) Sängyissä ne ohuimmat Iksun joustinpatjat. Tallelokero ei toiminut. Kylpyhuone ok jos olet alle 180 cm pitkä,jolloin mahdut seinään kiinteästi asennetun suihkun alle seisomaan. Veden lämpötilan säätämisessä myös omat kikkailut. Todella loistava sijainti vanhan kaupungin ytimessä. Kadulla nuorison suosimia baareja, melkoisen riehakasta ja äänekästä toimintaa joka yöaikaan kuului ainakin huoneeseen no 5.

Could not fault theses apartments, our apartment was very spacious, large bathroom and very clean, cleaner comes in every day , staff very friendly and helpful, only faults are , stairs , we were in room no 17 , which was right up the top , no lift , the internet didn't work in our room ( maybe because we were up the top , as it worked in the reception area ) and we had trouble finding the apartments, but this probably was because the taxi dropped us at the wrong apartments , also no milk with the tea marking facilities, but other than that very good apartments

Perus siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Hieman kadulta ja rappukäytävästä kuului ääniä yöllä, mutta ei haitannut meitä varsinaisesti. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja antoi meidän säilyttää hotellilla myös matkatavaroita ennen ja jälkeen kirjautumisen.

The room was small and dingy. I felt that it was a single room with 2 single beds crammed into it. Very little lighting over the shower. The air conditioning unit did not work.

Acceptable price with good quality

the room is clean , very close to the old town, everything is fine, you pay what you get. By the way there is no elevator, so please be aware if you need them. I would recommend to stay here in Krakow, good location and very convenient.

Our recent stay at Pergamin was really disappointing and was definitely not like the pictures shown on expedia or the website. We had a twin room which was much smaller than the pictures had shown, one of the plug sockets was hanging off the wall, the room was very dark and the light in the bathroom was weak and barely over the shower so you virtually had to shower in the dark. The air conditioning unit didn't work for our entire stay meaning the room was stiflingly hot, our TV didn't work and the safe was broken (which the staff only admitted once we insisted they check it themselves because the first two times we tried to tell them they said we weren't following the instructions/key use properly). The showerhead was big but only a dribble of water came out at full power. But the worst part wasn't anything in the room itself, it was that the street glass and bin collection happened outside the window every single morning between 6am and 7am. The property is in a central location so you expect to have loud bars emptying at 1am but we did not expect to be woken up so early by a lorry crushing glass so early every day. We didn't sleep properly because of this for our entire stay - would definitely not recommend and would never stay again.

Very noisy, room was positioned next to beer garden, loud music played till 3am. Would not stay there again. Girls in the reception very polite, room very clean. Great location.
