Stayed here for 6 days they had one really good receptionist called Natalia she was so helpful with maps and how you get about. The room was nice and spacious however housekeeping is very hit and miss if they decide to clean your room. Breakfast time is self service buffet style if you like to eat slowly and have a relaxing NJ start to your day you get looked at constantly by one member of staff she will walk around to look at you even tho it wasn’t busy at all. I booked a wake up call for my departing day and requested 3am…..the male receptionist with tattoos booked it for 0345!? When I had told him transfers were collecting me at 4am. Nice hotel but don’t rely on the staff except Natalia

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff very helpful and polite. However the breakfast not very hot and we thought overpriced.

Beautiful boutique hotel within easy walking distance of Wawel castle and the river. Very quiet. Decorated to a high standard. Staff team could not do enough to help.

Customer service Top. There was an issue with vip benefit at check in but lovely young lady at the reception sorted it very well. Very good location. Easy to find a parking space. Small hotel like brand new. Recommend a cheesecake 👌

Outstanding hotel brilliant service
Didn't know what to expect. Pictures looked too good to be true when booking. Amazing value for money. Make sure you book the city centre one. There are two and taxi took us to wrong one. Not the hotels fault. Hotel was five star. Staff extremely helpful. Little features like a bottle of water and free refill coffee machine in the room for no extra charge was excellent.

Excellent base for us to explore Krakow. Helpful staff on reception. Rooms were adequate for what we wanted, little dusty in places. Could of done with a mirror over the desk area to get ready with or a plug near the full length mirror

location was good. the pick up from the airport was missed so I have to call them from the airport. the welcome pastry/cake was a nice surprise. room was clean and modern. breakfast was okay. staff were kind and helpful. they even had a cake for my birthday. thank you.

Really nice hotel on the outskirts of the centre. Cosy and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, would stay again.

Great four day trip
Bit surprised having a toilet in the dining room. Also odd that the Bar was closed before 10.00pm. Room superb. Location from City Centre not too far

Rooms were very good, we had the comfort room on the 5th floor. The location was good, right by the river Vistula which was nice for a walk in the sun. Staff were very helpful, arranging taxis and early breakfast to take away when our trip was rescheduled. The breakfast area was very nice with plenty of choice. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

The hotel was very clean with modern decoration. Nice patio area for drinks outside, perfect for the warm weather. Excellent service from all members of staff. Room was comfortable but not the most spacious. 1 plug did not work in the room, however there were several others so did not cause any issues. The mattress was slightly dipped on one side of the bed, however did not affect a good nights sleep. Hotel within walking distance from most attractions.
