This property was great to stay in, location was fabulous, right near the square. The only downside would be no air conditioning, in summer the rooms were really hot. We asked for a fan, which was supplied immediately.

Location, location, location!
Spacious apartment situated on the main square. Four of us stayed in a one bedroom apartment called Silver on the 3rd floor, with fantastic views across the square and down Grodzka Street. The apartment was well equipped with plenty of wardrobes, a new kitchen & bathroom, everything we needed for our weekend stay. There were lots of stairs to our apartment, roughly 65, so not suitable for those with mobility issues as some of the stairs were very worn, old wooden treads. The other thing to point out, it did get quite noisy late at night with so many bars & clubs near by, not that that bothered us as we were mostly in them too. Overall, I would recommend these apartments & would definitely return.

Excellent location literally metres from the main square. Clean, warm and quiet. Reception are friendly and helpful. There isn't a lift so you have to carry your bags up some stairs. This wasn't an issue to us but something to bear in mind. If you arrive after reception has closed be aware the night watchman doesn't speak English so save any questions for the morning.

Checked out early
Perhaps we were unlucky with the particular apartment we were in, but sadly this property did not live up to expectations to the extent that we decided to cut our losses and move on. The management were generally unsympathetic to our complaint and have refused any form of refund. (Hotels.com to rescue here with some compensation). To give a fair view of the property I would say in absolute terms the apartment is cheap, there is no getting away from that, and it is in a great central location right in the action. The downsides come when you are a seasoned traveller in Poland and know exactly how things should be for the same money or less. We moved on to a cheaper and superb place. The main issues with our room centre around the level of comfort and the fact that is was in need of refurbishment and cleaning. Arriving late on the first night, we were shown to one of the top flats called Sun. It was small, hot, very noisy until 5am (not the fault of the property). The bed was saggy and crammed into a tight space. There was a sticky glass near the sink and there was a background smell which was a mix of fusty and old smoke (supposed to be none smoking but pretty sure someone recently had smoked). Tired and in need of sleep we put up with it for the first night but felt pretty depressed with the place to be honest.

Lovely studio apartment, great location!
Lovely apartment, great location by the main square. Felt very secure, especially at night. Our studio apartment was nice and quiet as it was not facing the street. Comfy bed, little kitchenette for a cuppa, good bathroom. Looks just like the online pics - we were in Ruby and it was perfect for us, and good value. Nice and warm on a cold day. Chap who checked us in was very nice.Little cafe at the bottom of the stairs sells nice coffee. There are up to 3 flights of fairly steep curling stairs - fine if you have no mobility issues. We were up and down them all day. They left out some little toiletries, and coffee/sugar in the kitchenette. There was a small wardrobe/cupboard, and some shelves, and bedside table. Location is fab - in the middle of the old town area, and only 25 mins to the Jewish quarter. Wifi worked fine. All in all we loved it!

Situated right on the main square so an excellent base to explore. The lady in reception was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The apartment was clean, warm and had everything we needed. Please note though, we were on the top floor and if you have heavy luggage you should take into consideration carrying it up 3 flights of stairs. However, this was a very very minor point to us...overall we loved the apartments and would certainly go back.

Delightful hotel and we look forward to returning
We had a wonderful two night stay in this quiet, clean and characterful hotel. We had been a been apprehensive that it was not going to be a "real" hotel as we were arriving at nearly midnight. However, we booked the airport transfer (very easily, by email) and dropped off virtually right outside where the nightwatchman was waiting to take us to our room. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a minute from the main square. The room was a delight and full of character! It was far better than we expected for the price. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean. There were good amenities. The room was extremely quiet which was very welcome given its central location. On day one, there was plenty of hot water and the shower was good. On day 2, there was a fault so I have marked this down on that basis - but we think this was a one off and reception were very responsive when we told them. In short, we would happily stay here again (and are likely to do so) and we would not hesitate to recommend this to friends and family.

Stayed in silver apartment Brilliant location, not suitable for people with mobility or health problems due to stairs, could be noisy at night as on main thoroughfare. Personally appreciated security gates for this reason found it reassuring. Well equipped and comfortable. Used bedroom & sofa bed which was large, comfy

Room and staff were very nice. Warning to those who have difficulty with stairs. We were on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators so if you have special needs, you should request a room on a lower floor.

Great place, amazing location.
Fantastic location, lovely clean rooms with everything you will need for a short break and friendly reception staff. Stairs to rooms over 3 floors so keep that in mind.

A little warm but great stay
The hotel was very good overall, with attentive check-in service, very close proximity to attractions and right in the heart of Old Town. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We did arrive in August and the room was very warm, especially at the top floor where we stayed. There was a fan but we had to rearrange some furniture to funnel the cooler outside air into the room. Aside from that it was a very good stay and we wouldn’t hesitate booking it again in the future.

Location Location Location
Right on the square of old town and you can walk to all the local events. Rooms do not have air condition but most hotels do not in Poland so be conscious of this when staying there. Rooms were renovated and staff was very helpful.

Great location!
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights. We loved it. The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of pressure and lots of hot water. Our apartment had 3 huge windows that opened up to the street below with lots of entertainment going on. It was noisy but we enjoyed sitting and looking out. We shut the windows if we wanted quiet. The apartment was very clean and the desk person was helpful. The train station was walking distance. And there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. The only thing that my husband and I had a hard time with were the stairs. We are in our mid 60s and climbing the stairs was a challenge especially with groceries or our backpacks. No elevator! We were on the 3rd floor. Besides that everything else was great!

Hotel in a great location!
This hotel was in a perfect location, right outside the main square! Our room was very spacious and had an amazing rain shower. There were four of us staying in the room. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was the fold out couch was so uncomfortable. It was uneven and had a thin cushion. Beware of the fold out couch!

LOVED this property! Location was awesome in the heart of everything. We stayed in the Emerald Apartment and it was quiet and lovely. Room had a view of the courtyard and the was beyond our expectations. Supplied with with coffee and tea, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom with shampoo etc. this is an apartment not a hotel, so It was a nice touch to have the ammenties and fresh towels. Also, loved the design of the room and the exposed bricks! This property made our stay in Poland exceptional!!!!

GREAT location and super-cute apartments
The location is fantastic - just off the main square and right in the centre of shops, cafes, etc. The apartments are utterly charming, with a gorgeous courtyard leading to a spiral staircase that takes you to the apartments (warning - not good for those with mobility problems though). The staff were pleasant enough but didn't want to go the extra mile or try to help if they didn't have an immediate answer (e.g. I asked about changing money and they just said "no, we can't" but didn't give an alternative, also no offer to help with bags - this was fine for me though). Room was quite hot but they provide a fan.

perfect for sight seeing
Great location for sight seeing we walked everywhere from this location wawel castle, st floreans gate, barbican, heros square, oscar schindlers enamel factory and lots of other places. Bar and restaurants on the square where great too.

Excellent apartments in a great location.Less than 1 minute walk to main square and 5 minutes to castle. Apartments were clean and comfortable and great value for money. Booked the tours etc at the travel shop right next door to hotel. Free Fast WIFI a bonus

A conveniently located hotel so close to the centre of the old quarter. We had a room at the back which was good because it is also away from all the noise on the street. Cons with the hotel are: Cooking equipment - no oven or toaster or grill. Also no tea towel or drying rack. But certainly enough to get by if you don't plan on eating all meals there Service - people were friendly but only serving at 10am was a problem when we had problems in the morning Comfort - the curtain didn't cover the window which made changing awkward and also let a lot of light in early in the morning Positives are: Hotel is very well located and perfect for any sightseeing trip Rooms are large and spacious Bathroom is very good with good shower

Great hotel.
Really lovely hotel in an excellent location. It's just off the main square on one of the main streets Groska. Hotel was clean, comfy and the shower was very powerful. We didn't need any help from reception staff, but when we checked in they were very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel, don't think it could be in a much better location.

Stayed for a mix of business and pleasure. Location is great. Close to the major sights, bars, restaurants etc. The room we had faced the street and was very noisy especially when we opened the windows to get some air. Generally nice apartment but unlike others I've stayed in there was no maid service other than a change of towels mid stay. I asked why this was the case and was told that they only do this for long stays. They said they would arrange maid service on my next stay. When I said I wouldn't be staying again they apologised and sorted it out. I think regardless of whether you stay in a hotel or an apartment a daily cleaning service should be provided.

Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Bed room and "living" rooms werer large and well appointed. Unlike most European bathrooms, it too was large with a large shower unlike the smaller than phone booth showers so common in Europe. The only complaint was that our apartment was on what I think was the 3rd floor above the lobby level...69 steps to get there. A bit of a grunt with luggage. In spite of that I would stay there again.
