Our room was awesome. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Only feedback would be the breakfast in the hotel. The ready made fried eggs in the pot were cold and taste awful. Pau was cold too. Harbour Grand Kowloon
Clean room. Forgot clean towels and coffee. We always had to ask for ice every day. Also front desk upon check in did not tell us how to get to our room. As you know, we had a tower room, which is difficult to find at first.
