Good Stay

Room service (such as dusting and moping floor) is not daily. You see roaches here, there, and everywhere. Killed more than 10 roaches, sizes from tiny to small to medium. No big flying ones. Location is great. MTR station is downstairs near the corner of street. Take out and sit in restaurants far and near. Lastly, I had problem with door lock but hotel owner sent repair staff to fix it pretty soon. I need to be taught how to close the door; otherwise, it may not be locked.

I booked this place from Expedia. It wasn’t easy to find the actual room as no signs outside. It is in a condos complex. Found the building from Google map, but enter the level 2, could not find room H. There were lots of commercial signs out in the corridor. I had to call the number, someone answered the call behind the door. Then took me to another building few streets away. The room is basic reflective of price paid. Good - location just next to temple street market Bad - lots of cockroaches found in sink, even in bed Would I stay at this place again, absolutely not

Property with a caring touch....

I had always used this Hotel chain whenever I'm in Kowloon be it biz or social. It's quiet & clean, well managed, convenient locale & value for $$ comparable to other similar properties. Importantly, their staff are most accomodating & personally, this means a lot to me. I had been dealing with the person in charge named Kamal. He & his staff are the best! So if you do choose to patronise this Group(Toronto Holidays), do ask for Kamal!

二度と利用したくない宿のひとつです

前日に14:00にチェックインする旨を伝えて「No プロブレム」の返事であったが、当日14:00に訪問して呼び鈴を鳴らしても応答なし。改めて何度も電話をしていると、15分くらいしてから、中からスタッフが出てきて漸くチェックインが出来た。 部屋は別の13階にある部屋に案内された。 WiFiは故障中？とのことで利用できず。 4泊したが、その間に一度も掃除、タオル交換、ゴミ捨てをした形跡はなし。 窓に付いている換気扇口からの車の騒音がうるさくて、夜も安眠できず。 シャワーの水量は乏しく、温水の温度も充分でなかった。 安宿ではあるが、最低限のサービスもない安宿は「宿」とは言えない。

レセプションがなくインターホンを鳴らしても応答なし。 １時間くらい待って入口横の壁にメインレセプションは呉松街98にあるって書いてあるのを発見し行ってみたが、チェックインできず4/29の夜9時に他のホテルを探す羽目になった。 ネットで探したがどこも高かったので、重慶マンションに行って見ることにし、やっと見つかったがエアコンなしだった。３日間の快適さを返せ！ チェックインが遅いと、フリーの客を先に泊めているんじゃないかと思うので予約は意味ない。 ちなみに、メインレセプションでは、受付のおねーちゃんがどこかに電話をかけ、私が電話に出てみるとno room sorryとか言われてお終いだった。メールでも知らせたとか言ってるけど当日の16:55に１週間工事しているから自分でキャンセルしろみたいなメールだった。１時間待っている間に他の宿泊客が３組出入りするのを見たし、一度中に入ってみたが工事している様子もなかったのでうそだと思います。ひどい。

晚上10:30發現沒有洗髮精沐浴乳及棉被，結果拖到12:30才送過來，這2小時之間重複通電話，都說很快過來，結果一等就是2小時，等到送來再洗澡能就寢時，已凌晨1點了，且被子非常的薄，這幾天氣溫是16-18度，很糟糕的住宿品質

無言。。。無奈。。。 根本不是給我們入住華豐大廈的多倫多假日賓館， 到達多倫多假日賓館後，大概等了30分鐘才有人來， 進入後登記簽收據付按金後竟然帶我們去廟街賓館。。。 廟街賓館房間很細小，房間只有床位大少，下床二步內到洗手間， 如果是廟街賓館不會訂了，這樣只好無奈地入住，幸好沒有連續訂二三天， 但連廟街賓館的房間相片也全完跟網上所看到的房間相片也不一致。。。 網上訂旅館或酒店相片真實性很重要的，相信的人也是看房間相片才選擇決定訂那一家的。

My stay at Toronto Holidays....

I have the pleasure of being upgraded to a newer hotel room under their management which just started operation about a month earlier. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommended this place to anyone going to visit Hong Kong. The location is great as it is just above one of the exit of the Jordon MTR Station.

トロント ホリディズではなく、南京街近くのTenple Street Hotelを案内された。チェックイン時間を過ぎたpm14:15なのに弁当屋の準備ができてなく、20分待たされた。デポジットは100元、部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫があったが電源 が入らず。AM9:00にチェックアウトしたが、フロントガラスマンは受付前で就寝中、起こしてチェックアウトをした。
