Great buffet breakfast. And access to executive lounge for free canapes and drinks at 5pm-7pm was amazing. Gym was ok nothing special

Great hotel. Breakfast best ever seen, so many choices. Executive suites can also visit canopes and drinks on level 9 5pm-7pm which is very delicious

Breakfast options was immaculate. Very comfortable bed and the ambience was nice in the hotel. Sofa in room and chairs in lobby could use a steam cleaning though.

Excellent stay
Great location not far from the airport as well as conveniently close to ammenities in the city, Hotel and room was well equipped with comfortable bed, spacious room and shower, pool is very well kept and presented with nice loungers and good drink/food service ( not cheap though but worth as a treat) Service was impeccable from check in , breakfast was well organised with great variety of food and beverage , i had a late check with a late flight in the evening they kindly allowed me to use the pool for the day so i could relax, chill and have a shower prior making my way to the airport. Excellent customer service!!

A very bad experience in this hotel, especially from the hotel receptionist. I paid more than double the amount to include breakfast and to change the room. 1- She claimed that breakfast was not included. 2- Booking from 9/18/2023 to 9/22/2023.

A FRANK REVIEW, HOTEL AREA GOOD, ROOM GOOD BUT NO PAMPLETS AND BASIC STATIONARIES IN THE ROOM. BREAKFAST WITH GOOD SPREAD OF FOODS AND DRINKS IS A "THUMB UP" BUT SOME FOODS NOT HOT ENOUGH. SERVICE VERY GOOD AND FAST. CAN COME BACK AGAIN THE NEXT TRIP.

Staff were super efficient. Check in and check - out was quick and easy. They sent a text to ask if we needed anything and communicated via WhatsApp. I asked for some instructions to get to the nearby Guardian and they were very quick to send them to me. They also kindly allowed us to get a late check out. It was really helpful as my partner was not well and needed more time to rest after our late flight in. Only comment for improvement is the standard/quality of the food for room service could be better.

Greta hotel stay, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient as it was next to Asia city and near the waterfront. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, had a wide selection of food.

City Center
Pleasant stay at Hilton Kota Kinabalu. We used it for a short stay within the city, close to the airport before we were off our resort. Really convenient from all the markets especially to Gaya street where you can enjoy the weekend activities and mingling with the locals. The hotel is very well kept as well and the staff were very pleasant.

Hotel overall was fine except for the fact that the air-conditioning was not cold. It was cool at best. The blackout curtains / blinds still allowed light in at all the edges. This too was not ideal.

The stay itself was pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable. However, I would have liked to see that the hotel would be more eco-friendly. There are still plastic water bottles in the hotel room, instead of filtered water that you can fill your own water bottles with, and that the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were in small plastic bottles. Better with dispensers that they have at other five-star hotels. Also, the hotel missed to book the cab for the airport, and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the cab to arrive. That is not what I expect from Hilton.

Clean and centralised location within city center. There is a large seafood reataurant behind selling fresh fish, crab and lala (we ate 3 tines there for our 5 day stay there! Night drinks at The Club are very affordable too. It was easy to move ard using grab cab as well.
