"Hotel location was great. However rooms definitely needs updating. The toilet shower has mold everywhere.
Breakfast was very basic. Not like other similar hotels with same price range. Hot breakfast will cost you quite a bit.
The hotel grounds need to have better lighting as the rooms are located so far away from the main reception and dinning area and does seem to be unsafe at night."

We had an absolutely amazing family stay at the beach house. Slight miscommunication with our rooms but the staff dealt with it professionally and ensured we were comfortable had what we needed. The kids loved the kayaks, snorkelling, table tennis and horse riding. We will definitely be back! Beautiful place, wonderful staff!

My garden view bure was nestled amongst tropical plants and trees but also had an outstanding view of the ocean. We arrived having been to Fiji many times in the past but I found this little gem online and thought we'd give it a go. Our room suite 2 was 2 levels with it's own private plunge pool, spa bath and 2 decks (one on each level). Stunning! The food which is included, is the best I have eaten in Fiji. The staff and service is exceptional. When we suggested that the drinks needed to arrive quickly, from then on that's exactly what happened.

We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍
