What a fantastic stay at The Kins Hotel! We were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. The room was modern, beautifully clean and incredibly comfortable, and much larger than we had expected, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff were also fantastic — friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Their service really added to the overall experience. Some slightly dated decor in the reception area. Room itself was nice, had a problem with the TV but the staff were able to fix quickly.

Well located property for a Koreatown LA stay. Not far from West Hollywood. Stacks of good food nearby. Breakfast at property was great too.

The hotel was very good. We really enjoyed the amazing atmosphere created by all the photos of past and present stars of the screen and music world. Its location is super convenient to everything in Hollywood and Universal studios! The diner is super cool with its history and very yammy food! Would definitely stay here again!!!

My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, variety of breakfast to choose from with hot drinks and cold drinks. Close to metro station. ❤️

We stayed in a junior suite (club lounge access) room and that was great. The room was a good size and having access to tea/coffee and various drink at the lounge all day along was very useful. Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of drinks and small snacks during the evening, too. There are outstanding views from the lounge. The best about Omni hotel for us is that it's literally 5 min walk to Walt Disney Concert Hall, where we watched 2 shows during our stay.

The rooftop had amazing views of LA and the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Only downside is the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch otherwise we would have eaten there. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but would recommend it!

Great location, super friendly & fantastic front desk team! Breakfast included hot and cold options on 2 levels. Bed is firm and comfy! I’m impressed and it’s great value! Rooms are very clean with lots of amenities, decor is older (comfort wins decor and it is that) with lots of lamps and coat hangers (thank you!!) well maintained I’m very happy!! Recommend!
