"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. Not only did he call us another taxi, he came by the bus stop to make sure we were there and didn’t miss our ride. He actually brought us water and apples. NEVER in all of our...
