Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times. Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!) Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment. A/C control needs much more improvement and the controls work correctly.

Good value for the money

It is newly built hotel and rooms are very comfortable. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel to the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly only negative situation were the weird behaviour of the receptionist when I left the hotel at 19 November evening.

Hotel under renovation which we weren’t aware of. A carpet was laid in front of our room during the stay. No working air conditioning & when we complained (as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) we were informed that it had not been turned on yet. In hot late June. The staff member made no attempt to apologise for the situation and was extremely unhelpful. Luckily one of his colleagues did offer some help in the end. The hotel itself was ok, although quite a walk from the main area in Konstanz. The breakfast was good & the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it.

Okay, there was a festival the weakend we stayed there, but to pay 160€ for this chamber, that's bold. It was a tiny room called deluxe double bed room. No chair, no table, no real wardrobe!

Pros: there is an ability to find street parking for no cost, you just have to be lucky. We were here in late May and found street parking fairly quickly. Bycycle bridge to Konstanz not far away. Cons: room was not like the picture. It was small and right on a busy street so the noise when you opened the windows was horrible. Also. No ability to set the thermostat. Really not a good value for the money. Breakfast for 17 euro was nothing special.
