Nice and comfortable stay - perfect for a business or personal trip. Directly at the lake and across the train stations. Many restaurants nearby. The sauna and roof top was a nice surprise!

Das Hotel ist Zentral gelegen, hat ein eigenes Parkhaus (18 Euro / Tag) und bietet speziell für geschäftliche Übernachtungen alles, was man braucht. Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältniss stimmt hier sehr gut.

Eine Nacht in Friedrichshafen

Wir hatten spontan am Morgen gebucht und ein schönes Zimmer im ersten Stock Richtung See am Ende des Ganges bekommen. Sehr gross und komfortabel, leider über Nacht trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm. Das Frühstück war gut, aber das Personal ist mit abräumen und auffüllen am Sonntag Morgen kaum nachgekommen. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier da uns die Lage sehr gefällt. Und kommen sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Also der Preis ist schon sehr hoch . Dafür erwarte ich mehr ! Zum Beispiel beim Frühstück! Harte Brötchen kein Lachs zb . Keine glutenfreie Produkte usw. Der Preis ist halt auch sehr hoch wenn man bedenkt das der Bahnhof 5 Meter weg ist und am Vorplatz nur Obdachlose besoffene und Drogen sind .

Fantastic place and very helpful staff

Fantastic place, with excellent all over service and morning restaurant. The hotel is placed central in Friedrichshafen, and close to everything. Even Though we were on the train station, you couldn't hear the trains ore any other trafic, so perfect place, if you want to explore Bodensee. All the Staff are very friendly, speek english and fantastic helpful, if you ahve questions. We drive electrical car, and it's possible to recharge your car in the basement. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

No hot water in the morning, chaotic check i and out, unprofessional breakfast management. Poor breakfast anyway in a sticky and stinky room with loads of people.

Grundsätzlich gutes Hotel mit Potential

Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Empfang. Alle notwendigen Informationen und Unterlagen erhalten. Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten guten ersten Eindruck. Beim Tagesabschluss an der Bar leider den bestellten Cocktail nur bestehend aus ein paar Tropfen Sirup und gefüllt mit crushed Ice erhalten. Völlig unbrauchbar. Die Bardame war offensichtlich überfordert damit, weshalb eine Beanstandung aussichtslos war. Die Bettdecken sind für die Jahreszeit zu dünn und wenig wärmend. Zusatzdecken fehlen. Der Fernseher hatte Wackelkontakt und stellte alle paar Minuten kurz aus und wieder ein. Das Frühstück war sehr frisch und lecker.

Gut! Und es ginge noch viel besser...

Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Seehotel und bewohnten eine wunderbare Suite im obersten Stockwerk. Deren grosszügigen Räumlichkeiten und die top-moderne Einrichtung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie stehen im scharfen Kontrast zur lieblosen Gewöhnlichkeit des Empfangsbereichs. Zu dem passt wiederum die gelangweilte Gleichgültigkeit des Receptionspersonals. Positiv hervorzuheben sind noch die ideale Lage nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof und der Seepromenade, sowie die Tiefgarage, in der man kostenlos (!!) sein Elektrofahrzeug aufladen kann, sofern man das Glück hat, einen (nicht reservierbaren) Platz zu ergattern.

Could & should be better

Our room, 310, felt like a prison cell. It had a balcony with a door at the corner of the room, but only small windows just below the ceiling with very little light coming in. The litghting in the room is LED with no possibility to dim it. This, it is not very cozy. The staff is very friendly and professional.
