"This traditional Japanese Inn is thoroughly modern with excellent facilities, rooms, Michelin quality food, and helpful staff. We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The level of hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to transportation, shops, and great restaurants, which made getting around very easy. We especially appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, from check-in to check-out. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and luxurious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan! "
