The staff was extremely friendly. If I didn’t understand something, they took the time to explain. I also asked if there were any bicycle rentals in the area and they offered me their hotel bicycle. I also got up super early before the coffee was normally available and they allowed me to get some before the normal. I definitely want to come back next year around the same time. I felt very cared for. 💖🤗

駅から少し離れているのでタクシーか、コミュニティバスを使うと便利です。歩くと15〜20分位ですが全然歩けます。ホテルの部屋はとても綺麗で、大浴場も綺麗でした。シャンプー（薬局とかで売ってる市販のシャンプー）やヘアオイルなどの貸し出しもあったので、色々借りれて良かったです。 ホテル出た所に飲食店もあるので夕食にも困りませんでした。スタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくださり、とても親切でした。

高野山の帰りに一泊しました。 スタッフの方々の対応、とてもよかったです。 お部屋は清潔で、必要なものがコンパクトに揃っており、快適でした。窓からは山に沈む夕陽が見えてきれいでした。 大浴場もあり、朝行ったら一人だったので、ゆっくり入浴できました。 朝食は、遅めの時間帯でも、係りの方が次々に補充していて、美味しくいただけました。 アクセスは、電車派には少し不便なので☆-1ですが、割り切ってタクシーを使えば、問題なしです。

①先ず橋本駅からのアクセスが悪過ぎる。 ②到着するとフロントには誰もいない。暫くして4人ほど出てきたうち1人は何も言わない。その他3人も笑顔だったが何も声かけして来ない？？？ ③朝食時の行列する時間がとてもストレス。

It's a great hotel, it has anything you need. Private bathrooms are clean and and provided with amenities. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, brush, sponge, etc. A great buffet breakfast is provided Also it has vending machines and also the hotel has an Onsen (hot spring) and public bathing facility on the 1st floor. I highly recommend it
