Fantastic luxury hotel. Stayed in a twin room which was huge with comfortable beds and good bathroom. Room was quiet.The amenities were first class with gym, swimming pool, hot bath, free bicycles, daily bottled water and 20% off dining voucher for the hotel restaurant on each day we stayed. I want to give a special shout out to concierge staff named “Go To” for going out of the way in making us feel so welcome and at home even before we checked in. She was also of great help in helping us source a vacuum cleaner to seal our vacuum sealable bag! It’s located at a great location, very well connected to JR Nagoya Station and Midland Square.
