Staff are friendly and nice when greeting us at arrival. A senior male staff speak good English. Hotel supplied us complementary bottle water to drink. The room and beds are comfortable. Dining room is nicely set up. Breakfast are good with lots of varieties. I would recommend Hotel IL Credo Gifu to friends and relatives.

Close from the station, convenient location, reasonable price. In the small room, a too big desk , a too big chair make it difficult to move inside the room. Not enough electric outlets. Bath room is too narrow and needs updated.

Nice location, near station. Facilities a bit old. The bedcover has holes.I have tell the problem to the staff but they are not friendly and they say this situation is normal. Finally not room change or bedcover change for me.
