"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. I was very unimpressed by their business ethics...

"Staff super helpful and ideally located right next to the train station for getting around and main town area about 10 minutes walk away. We did notice some areas where cleaning could be improved (some marks on bedding at the end) and rooms are quite small, but for a short visit it does whats needed, the free curry and books for reading also a nice touch!"
