Swim up room was nice. Pool could do with a clean. The room itself was lovely. Shower wasnt great, temperature and pressure. We had a maintenence issue which was resolved quickly. The hotel food was nice, but the breakfast across the road wasnt great. We'd only go back for the premium room.

I stayed here a week in the oceanfront villa. The room, private pool, and beach access were great. There are lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Scooter rentals, barber, and 7/11 all right around which was nice. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. The beach was much calmer (wave wise) then Chaweng, which made it perfect for renting e foils (electric surfboard). I also took the 42 island tour which left from the nearby pier (3 min walk).

Beautiful room, pool was really nice and the staff were very friendly. I read others reviews about the water pressure and ants but we had no issues! Wonderful resort! We stayed in a poolside room.

Lovely hotel

This hotel dies not deserve a 4 star rating. It is more of an upgraded youth hostel than a proper hotel. We had no pressure and no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was served in a run down restaurant across the road and there was loud horrible music blasting all the time. Definitely not a location for families or for a romantic getaway

The staff were all very happy and friendly, they could not do enough for us. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room and the manager had an engineer within 5 minutes to fix the problem. Breakfast was very limited in choice however the food was cooked fresh to order so no complaints. The hotel is very clean,the pool was cleaned daily and the pool area was kept very clean throughout the day. We had a poolside room which was kept immaculate with fresh towels and amenity kits daily. Our only issue was with the music playing at the pool and beach..it was sometimes a bit loud and some of the songs contained very foul language. I felt that many of the songs were very inappropriate especially when children were in the pool. I’m not a prude but I did find some of the songs offensive. We stayed for 14 nights and other than this one issue our stay was very enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel very much.

Room was exceptional it was a bit unclear when booking what kind of room we where going to have? Turned out there was garden apartments across the road which was not what we had in mind. Had to pay for an upgrade for the room in the photos, concept of poolside rooms was great but just not our thing. Pleasant stay great location for the beach,very well kept.

The local staff provided exceptional service but the foreign managers took advantage of this and especially the manager named Anan(or so I gathered his name was) had a very angry look about him yet smiled with the Israeli and European guests. Amit the other manager was friendly and had a good disposition. The accommodation was full of Israeli and European guest who monopolized the pool area every day and were given preferential treatment.

Overall, the staff on duty was magnificent — they went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. The quality of the food, drinks and wifi, however, ranged from ok to horrible. The WiFi didn’t work half of the time and when it did, it was too slow — we need wifi for work, so this was a big no. The cocktails, tried a few options: they all needed help; the icing on the cake was the margarita that came in a martini glass, I would have been fine with the no salted rim or ice, but the taste was subpar. My papaya salad warm. The shrimp mushy. The pizza cardboard. And lastly, wasn’t a fan of the broken up hotel areas: the garden room, spa and breakfast room were across the street and not the ideal setup.

One of the best hotel as compare to others. Nice view, feeling relax once step into the hotel. The service staff is excellent, feel welcome whenever I see them. 5 stars service given by them. Will definitely recommend people who first time visit Koh Samui.

Great place, offer great deals, clean and comfy
Had a great stay, only one night but will be back. It’s a young modern place, some in house activities like pool and ping pong and the hotel offer deals and specials in every department. The bed was super comfy! I’m happy though that my room was not in front of the pool as some guests had a more cheerful time than me travelling solo. The staff was great from check in to check out. Cool place, nice streets many restaurants around. Will be back! With a friend or partner next time.

The garden facing rooms are old and the toilet for eac room is located such that it allows bugs and lizards to come in the room. We had an unwanted guest, viz. a lizard, making noise at night. After 2 nights by paying extra, we took an upgrade to a room in the other side of the road, which is what is prominently shown in the hotel we site. These rooms are modern and nice. The restaurant food is nice. To conclude, unless you want company of bugs and lizards, do not stay in garden facing room.

This review is based on the basic room. In these types of rooms it seems like they had just bought hostel standard accommodation across the road from the actual hotel and stuck their logo on it. If you’re in the type of room your basically vermin and an outcast to the hotel. We were out in ill fitted sheds which when we arrived was filled with mosquitoes, which we could not do anything about as they fly in from the gaps in the shed like building. You are offered no mosquito net so if you stay a night in there expect to be eaten alive by mosquitoes. There is no escape from them as you are out in like a wooded area. In these rooms also you are offered very little amenities, you don’t even get bedside tables! It was honestly the worst hotel room I have ever seen. When we arrived we new we could not stay in that room so we’re forced to upgrade the room which cost as much as we had already paid again. However once we had upgraded the room it was the best hotel I had ever stayed at, the room, the pool area was also amazing. The staff was amazing no matter what room you were in! But AVOID if you are in the basic room and if you are in a deluxe room or better I could not recommend this place enough.

Lovely place, really good rooms, we had 2 rooms each with a proper king size bed, right next to the pool and 30metres from the beach. The staff are fantastic, the only gripe I have is the incessant music, played too loud, 22 hours a day and frankly terrible choices, bad cover versions of music more suited to a late night club than a relaxing beach atmosphere. If they could just sort that I would have had no hesitation giving it 5/5

Lovely small hotel
Great hotel, ideal for the family or couples. We were a family of grandparents (49 and 53), daughters (29 and 34) and granddaughter (11). Rooms were not fussy but very well turned out, small extra bed was a little hard though. Daily housekeeping was great. Staff were all helpful and friendly We visited the restaurant which was over the road for breakfast daily and enjoyed a couple of nice evening meals. Poolside bar and dining was of a good standard too.

Worst experience of my life!!
Despite this hotel having no facilities other than the swimming pool and over priced bar, I had the worst hotel experience of my life at this hotel! Long story short, we were invited to a free pool party and a “water park” nearby, our taxi driver also attended the party, drank all night and then got into the taxi to drive HOTEL GUESTS BACK DRUNK! I refused to get into the taxi with a driver who had been drinking and the manager attacked me for speaking up calling me rude, and telling me to SHUT UP. this man eventually made my cry by being so horrible because I didnt want to get in with a drunk driver, it even got to the stage where I tried explaining to this man I had been in a car accident before, hence why I didn’t want to get in. Then he proceeded to put me into a car with a random lady who apparently hadn’t been drinking, but hit a motorcycle on the way back from the party to the hotel! I have never in my life experienced such behaviour from hotel staff in my life!!! I am still angered and extremely upset from my experience at this hotel. I would rather sleep on the streets than stay here again!

Dear guests, We believed this review wrote on a personal expression on the experience at time. Let me tell the whole story. At time we have Sunset management cocktail party by the pool, we inform all our hotel guests to join the staff party on the next date if you would like to. At the staff party we provide Snacks and drinks for free. The staff party we arranged outside the hotel in Chaweng area, hotel guests join us 12 persons and staff 60 persons. It was so enjoyable party, the hotel’s owner arranged as a private party at the water park. All facilities are included such as a giant and high slider, bump car, zip line etc., it was a great fun for every person who join us. All of our hotel guests and our staff were spoiled by serve some food and lots of drink. At the end of the party we use hotel vans and our driver take staff and guest back to the hotel. The person who wrote this review did not want to join the hotel van and blame us a drunk driver. We have 3 drivers 2 of them off shift can drink, one on shift cannot drink. Surely we have our safety procedure. We try to call the taxi for her but refused. Finally, the hotel’s owner had to step in to solve this drunken guest issue with the unrespected behavior from our hotel guest who join us the free party. The owner tried to stop the conversation then she went back to the hotel with our lady staff. After arrived at the hotel with agitation or strong emotion even stand in front of the hotel. Finally, we have the complaint guest just because of the good heart person who allow our guest join our private party and wish to have everyone have a great time. Property is very elegant. They presented me with a lei and a coconut to drink upon arrival. I organized pick up at the airport through the hotel and the driver had chilled hand towels and water for me which was a nice perk. Infinity pool is gorgeous. Especially impressed with my bartender Noon at the pool who was able to recommend drinks for me and was very pleasant to talk to! Would definitely stay again to come hang out with her at the bar!

The property was luxurious, staff were kind and it was a perfect first night in Thailand after 17 hrs of flying. The property is on the beach and looks even better than it does in the photos, the bed was better than all other hotel beds I stayed in while in Thailand and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Ko Samui!

Great Pool villa
staff are very helpful and cheerful ; hotel facilitates not much and lucky we reserved the Beach front pool villa, which should be the best room type (only 4 in hotel). Restaurant and spa need to cross the main street, hotel will provide guide to assist you to cross this busy main road. but good that they provide room service, so we ordered the food to our room instead of running to their restaurant. spa just so so and convenience stores are in walking distance, NO gym and small hotel, hope they will build bigger to provide more different facilities

Apart from not picking me up at airport because somone at hotel thought 18.30pm was 8.30pm. I had a decent stay and would stay again. Just a few points that could be looked at. 1, i think there should be some sort of guarentee that when you are poolside, no one can come and use your sunbed outside your door, very annoying. 2, tv should have a list of numbers for channels. 3, List for numbers for telephone. 4,if you dont have breakfast, nothing is availible on room service menu untill 12pm. 5, The music is just too loud, on a afternoon.
