This is by far the most comfortable and luxurious hotel I’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed at 5-6 star hotels globally. You cannot beat them for comfort, service, meals, mountain view and the quality of everything they provide. I absolutely loved my stay here and felt like I was a traditional Japanese hotel along with all the 5 star service provided. Cannot recommend it enough and I will return when I visit Japan next. Loved it

リニューアルした露天風呂付き客室に宿泊しました。 湯船は広く、24時間源泉かけ流しを堪能しました。 タオルも完備されているので洗面所のエアータオルは不要かと。思いがけず作動し音に驚きました。拡大鏡の備えに納得。 コスメの種類の多さは、心遣い、こだわりを感じましたがここまでしなくても 夕食は、個室でプライベートを満喫できます。また利用したいです。

おもてなしが素晴らしいお宿。 従業員さんの和太鼓が良かったです！ 大浴場は広く快適で、評判の「美肌の湯」は肌がツルツルになり温度も丁度良いのでゆっくり堪能出来ました。 お料理は女性2人で食べるに丁度良い量(男性だと少し物足りないかも？)でした。 朝のバイキングで沢山の種類があり大変満足でした。 初めて宿泊しましたが、また来たいと思えるお宿でした。

建物は古いような感じですが、清掃は行き届いているようです。畳の部屋でしたが、2部屋あったので広く感じました。お風呂も源泉掛け流しでお肌がツルツルになりました。パートナーに食べられない食材があったので、チェックイン後に伝えましたがちゃんと変更してくださいました。8時半からのスタッフの方々による和太鼓演奏もとても楽しめました。朝食バイキングの種類も豊富でした。宿泊の前日に申し込みをしましたが、2食付いてリーズナブルなお値段でしたのでとても助かりました。また行きたいと思います。

温泉が広いのにあまり人がいなくてのんびり入れてとても気持ち良かった。 部屋も広くて綺麗で良かった。 ただ布団が座布団より薄くてびっくりした。 せめてマットレスくらい敷いた方がいいと思う。 スタッフの方の対応はすごく良かった。 太鼓のショーも良かった。 夜ご飯は宴会料理のようでどちらかというと残念に思った。もう少し豪華だと嬉しい。 朝ご飯は美味しくて良かった。 トータルとてもいい宿でまた利用したいと思った。

露天風呂付き客室に滞在しました。 タオル、アメニティなど、濡れたものを使わなくても良いように配慮されており気持ち良く滞在できました。 室内露天風呂も清潔で気持ち良くはいれました。朝ごはんのバイキング会場は、車椅子の母には、会場入り口のスロープが急すぎて、出入りが大変危険でした。車椅子の方のバイキングは絶対お勧めしません。高いけど、個室をとった方がいいです。スロープの出入り時にスタッフさんの介助はありません。気を付けて下さいと言われ見ていると言う感じでした。 この点以外はスタッフさんの対応は良かったです。お食事は、大変美味しかったです。 山側の景色が良くテラスにでましたが、テラスの手すりのお掃除がないのか、手のひらと服の袖がしっかり汚れました。もったいないので、手すりも清潔にして頂けるといいですね。 トータルでは大変良いお宿です
