This was me and my husband's first trip to Thailand. We had a wonderful experience as a whole. The resort was beautiful and is surrounded by greenery and is well maintained. It's also central to everything with plenty of food options within walking distance. The room was lovely and the private pool was divine! It provided us with the private experience we were seeking. The staff were beyond amazing, helpful and friendly. They were always happy to greet and assist our every question and need. The only minor thing is that I would've liked to see a gluten free bread station at the breakfast buffett like most resorts worldwide do being that I'm gluten intolerant. The staff however were lovely in guiding me to a supermarket that stocked gluten free products which was about 15 mins from the resort. I would definitely recommend the resort and we would come back and stay in the future when visiting Thailand.

Our stay at Sawasdee Village Phuket was absolutely amazing! The staff were fabulous, so friendly and welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. The service exceeded all expectations and made our time in Phuket unforgettable. Highly recommend!
