"We stayed in the sea view suite and it looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and great staff, especially boom that took care of us from check in to check out. Lots of activities to do every single day and outstanding spa! Great place to relax and enjoy a few days in a great place."

"Above all, this is a hotel where the friendliness of the staff stands out. It's an old hotel, but the design is very beautiful. In particular, on the last day, my friend got food poisoning, so I canceled my entire day's plans, but after notifying the hotel, fortunately they allowed me a late check-out, so I was able to rest comfortably. And suddenly, the flight was delayed by two hours, causing a problem of insufficient transfer time, but the airline's call center was not connected. So I asked the hotel counter staff for help. She was very helpful and spoke directly to the airline to resolve the issue and put me at ease. Thank you again."

"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom. The pools were great and clean with plenty of loungers available. Bar staff, drinks and food were good - what I would have liked is for the staff to be walking around rather than having always to go to the bar but we were ok with this. The beach is on your doorstep which we loved, very clean and beautiful with security staff on hand at the hotel entrances. The only 2 negatives were that check-in felt rushed and our room at 6.45pm was not ready for about 15 mins. Also the buffet restaurant was not great quality food, breakfast here was not the best with limited veggie options and slow refils. Just fyi we used 'Grab' taxis rather than those from the hotel - these were cheaper but we had to catch them up the road as the hotel / local drivers did not like the grab taxis. Overall an excellent stay but some little things could be improved. "

"I really loved this place. It was walkable to Koron town so I didn’t have to keep wasting money on taxis every time I wanted to eat or shop. The resort itself was perfect. I have two boy and need a place that I could relax and they would had stuff to do. "

"Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. The staff at the counter were a bit confusing when explaining a 2,000 baht deposit that had to be paid up front, so just be prepared. We got the 2,000 baht back once we checked out. The hotel smelled so good. The staff working the door were so kind and helpful. They held our bags when we arrived from the airport. Check-in wasn’t until 1-3PM, but we were able to check in a little early due to availability. The rooms were cold and clean with an amazing view of the ocean and the city. Bolt & Grab were extremely easy to use in Phuket compared to Bangkok. Overall, a great stay and absolutely worth the price. The only issue we faced was very loud construction and housekeeping. It was repetitive sounds all day and almost all night. It did make it a bit difficult to stay asleep unless your TV volume was high. "
