No coffee in the morning. No gym. Had to walk a few blocks to use shared gym. Mini split ac was not working properly. I reported it and they sent a tech to look at it and he was not able to repair. I was able to fix it by cleaning filter. Pool was down for a day.

This place is a hidden gem!! Tucked away in a beautiful town on a peaceful, serene bay with amazing staff!! Marissa was most helpful with recommendations that did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning.

The Panaramic Ocean View Resort was a great choice! Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It's a great location with a great view. Lots to do within walking distance. The room was spacious with all you need. Our nine nights were incredible!

Room cleaned daily. Staff changed the filter to the ac after the first night wasn’t cooling properly. It was much cooler and comfortable after that. Friendly staff. Great pool. The beach was great and just outside the hotel. Great location for city life, shopping and restaurants.

Amazing staff in all department! Very attentive and very prompt. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. Strong AC even in the hallway. The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Great location.
