"Supalai is a beautiful spot with the things you'd expect- restaurant, room service, pool, shuttles, etc. what makes Supalai beyond incredible is the staff. From the front desk to the property workers to the massage therapists, from the chef and kitchen staff to the cleaning staff, everyone is so above and beyond, every time. It feels like Supalai hires people who genuinely want to give a good south Thailand experience. I look forward to getting here and am sad to leave, and cannot wait to book again!"

"We had such a lovely time in the 2 bedroom villa. It was so so nice and the staff were soo accommodating and so helpful. Even if there was an issue with a gecko at 12AM, they’ll come and help. We loved it."

"The property is just like the advertisement. The breakfast seems as if it was just thrown together you can tell that there was no love put into it. Some staff members weren't too friendly. At first we thought it was due to the language barrier but that wasn't the case, because our house keeper Cho Cho was awesome. Cho Cho didn't speak English, but she took time to ensure that we got the best service throughout our stay at Lalynn Resort Villas by using her phone translator to communicate our needs. We didn't like the fact that we were charged $100 for a bucket of ice a few times and then $50 for a bucket of ice the remainder of our stay. We will definitely visit again because it's a very nice place to stay."

"Beautiful view if you stay in the lagoon view suite. The food at the restaurant was great, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The only bad thing was the swimming pool. It was full of algae. It needs a good cleaning"

"An absolute paradise! Exceeded all expectations!We had an incredible stay at Villa Lotus Heaven Resort. The property was beautiful, and we were so impressed by how clean the room was upon arrival—immaculate from top to bottom. The pool area was a highlight of our trip, offering the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.Our host was exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and helpful with local recommendations. Plus, the location is great; there are plenty of shops nearby for groceries and souvenirs, making everything super convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!"
