"Just a 5 minute drive from St. Mary's Hospital, where I spent a stressful day awaiting my brothers heart surgery. Staff were very kind. I had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel; wine prices were high, but Santa Fe chicken wrap with salad was excellent. Only complaint: poor quality toilet paper for such a nice hotel - please upgrade!!"

"Union House is fantastic. The host, Chris is very responsive to questions, the house was cosy, clean, well appointed and very well situated for the needs of our family stay. This was our first family trip back to KW after selling the childhood home and we were looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting extended family. We look forward to staying at Union House again for our next reunion!"

"We very much enjoyed our extended stay in Waterloo and particularly welcomed the easy walking access to Uptown, both university campuses, and downtown Kitchener. We appreciated the accessible laundry facilities, relatively large kitchen, balcony access to outdoors, and indoor garage space. Our host was attentive to any questions that arose during the visit."

"We had a great stay here! The place was clean and inviting. We used the balcony a lot. It was the perfect size for our family for a short stay. It was close to lots of restaurants and we visited a nice park called Victoria Park. There is a little park right on the premises of the unit. Our kids loved this. Overall we would stay here again. It was excellent. The only thing that we would do next time is bring our own pillows. And the coffee maker is a Keurig so bring coffee pods. "

"We were collecting our daughter from Perimeter Institute and used this as a base for her graduation. it was a ten minute walk to the Institute. We had an easy e-check-in and check-out. The parking is a little particular but lots of on street parking you can use during the day. We can recommend the accomodation."
