"The room had A LOT of USB and power outlets, they already had the pull-out made for my daughter upon arrival. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good. It is not close to the city center, but you can walk to a bus stop or call an Uber. They have a lift available for the higher floors."

"To say our room was supposed to an executive suite and was £300 a night, I would have expected to see the room in better up keep. The main room had a chunk of floor missing. In the bathroom the shower was lovely but also leaked so had to be careful about leaving anything on the side of the sink or it would get wet, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. On first glance the room was very nice but once you looked closer for those little details it showed that it wasn’t worth the money we had...

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and very comfortable. There wasn't any soap, though, and no phone in the room to call down to reception to get some. I had to go down to ask for it (no lotion provided also) and then my key didn't work so I had to keep going back up and down. It was a really unique place and I wish I had more time to see the Titantic-ness of all of it. "
