"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

The location was ideal with close parking and walkable attractions. We felt safe at all times. We walked to the Space Needle and all the restaurants and festivities around it. The condo was clean and accommodating to our needs. We all agreed to highly recommend this property."
