"Absolutely impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are amazing and the hotel is beyond 4 stars. Traveled the world and my wife and I both were very impressed with our stay here. We stayed for 4 nights and I wished it were longer. Food was also amazing. Other hotels could take note the shear professionalism of the staff. "This was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. The facilities were excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly. My favorite thing about my stay was the room itself and the amenities in the room. The bathroom (shared shower and large soaking tub) was a treat, especially the aromatic bath salts after a long flight. I hope to return to Kobe and stay here again!"

"Great location. Rooms were spacious, clean, and noise was pretty low. My only complaint was the up charge for the fitness center and pool. It was small but you had to show your receipt for rentry on the same day. It was a frustrating process that wasn’t very customer friendly when you just wanted to workout or swim multiple times in a day. "
