"Perfect location for taking the Lochness Boat tour. A walkway right from hotel under the road brings you to the boat in 5 minutes. Food was very good and loved the view of the lake from the room. Parking can be tight when the coaches arrive for the boat tours but the staff are onsite directing traffic. Nice gift shop right in hotel."

"The hotel is quite dated for the price. I had one of the cleaning staff be extremely rude to me and he was very unprofessional. He attended my room, I asked him to come back in 5 minutes as we were just getting our things together to leave the room. His response was, “if it doesn’t get done now, it doesn’t get done at all”, and walked off. I had to call him back as we needed fresh towels etc, he came back, rushed around the room, rinsed a dirty glass in the sink and wiped it with a cloth and put it back. I reported this to a member of staff at check out, I was told that member of staff knew the cleaner I was talking about from my description of him. That member of staff asked if I would like it reported, which I said yes please, I was told that a manager would get back to me. I have never heard from anyone about my complaint, or any action taken with the cleaner."

"Shower was either hot of scalding & to o difficult to get right, just a trickle no power, it was awful! Tiny room. Restaurant way overpriced. Only good thing was the very helpful parking lot attendant who was helpful & great. Not a good experience for me, outlook onto gravel & loads of weeds. Would not stay there again! Do not recommend!"
