"Friendliest staff. Awesome amenities. The only complaint would be finding dinner. You were supposed to make reservations but everything was full. If you didnt want to eat right when they opened, you had to do the buffet. They should tell you to make reservations before you go"

"Staff was so accommodating and extremely welcoming. The resort was spotless. The pools were beautiful. The beach was raked every morning. The food was AMAZING, beyond even all-inclusive standards. Only money spent was on room service (only $15 surcharge), everything else was truly included. Ronaldo and Rojeaux at the sports bar were awesome bartenders. Will definitely be back to this resort! "Clean room, nice view of the city, comfortable bed. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind during check in and check out. Breakfast and dinner were delicious! I loved sitting on the veranda (porch). However, I was taken aback by the attitude of one of the workers who felt a guest I invited to dinner (whom I paid for) should not be at the resort, likely because my guest was a Rasta. Some guests do have meetings with local people and the local people should be treated with the same respect and human decency at tourist."
