"Place was short walking distance to everything, which was really good. Staff were lovely. It was clean, which was all we wanted for an overnight stay. We were in room 2 which was close to the playground, and there were children in there until quite late, so if you're after somewhere quiet, I'd probably suggest a room at the other end. :)"

Although it is not modern property all facilities were excellent, very clean good air con, clean and lovely balcony with good water views 100 yards down the road which we could easily walk to and from there explore the great boardwalks along the seafront to Kings Beach and all others in between.
