"Wow! I used to live on Sunny coast and recently went up to visit some friends. Chose to stay in a 2 bedroom unit with view @ Monaco - it was absolutely beautiful! Views were phenomenal. Apartment was super clean (by Maddie!) and hotel staff were lovely! Pool might not be huge but it’s perfect, spa, splash area! Will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for a great stay! "

"When we arrived, the dishes had been put back very dirty so we had to clean it all again, the bin was full of moldy food that looked like it had been there for days at least as it had quite a bit of mold growing on it. The main bedroom smelt like someone had been smoking in their and the overall cleanliness of everything was very low. It needs to be deep cleaned and then maintained more frequently after each stay. Also the main aircon did not work which was not pleasant during the heat of the day"
