Disliked: Cleanliness, communication

Major water pipe replacement went on while I was there and I found out that Avantstay knew about it and rented the noisy place anyway. Tractors, jack hammers, construction equipment is all we heard from 7:30 am to 6 pm EVERY DAY we were there. And yes, I have the text message from there help line stating that they knew this was going on. I am so tired of getting ripped off. This is the second time ive used one of your venders and this makes the second time i got screwed by them. I am going to quit using your site for any of my bookings if someone doesnt do something about this.
