This stay was wonderful and our host was thoughtful and communicative. There was an issue with our booked room so we were not in the room noted above, but our room was just what we needed. The location is central to Kings Beach locations, but feels secluded due to the private beach and dock. Having a pool and games was a plus. I will say this is not a new, shiny facility and what you are paying for is location, view, and comfort, not high end, ritzy. A couple tips - bring beach chairs. While there are some chairs on the beach (5), they go quick. If you’re able, bringing your own paddleboards/kayaks/floats are also recommended. Also, there are no toiletries, so make sure to pack those. Other than that and your necessities, this is a great gem on the North Shore that has everything you could need.

The property was very nice, location great. Our Unit was bad news. All the screens had either substantial holes that would allow insects in and in some cases, no screen at all, reducing the amount of cross ventilation, which is needed with no a/c. We had to duct tape the holes and the maintenance guy only replaced one screen, which took 2 of our 3 days. Large microwave was non-op, taking up precious kitchen counter space but there was a smaller, working microwave on top. Couch was pretty uncomfortable and lamps were an issue, either not working or in sockets that were prohibiting easy use of lights. Maintenance guy had to come fix the various lighting issues. With a hot upstairs bedroom it needs a Ceiling fan and upper window coverings to block sun. Lastly, this unit has too many stairs and the upstairs only bathroom is quite inconvenient.
