This Treehouse isn't like the one you built in your backyard. This stunning rustic luxury home gives you the authentic Tahoe experience mixed with the modern amenities of luxury living. Located right on the Old Brockway golf course, this property is less than a mile from beautiful beaches, downtown King's Beach, Safeway, and a collection of restaurants. It is also only 5 minutes from the Crystal Bay Casino! When you and your family are heading out to the slopes, Brockway Treehouse is only 7.5 miles from Northstar Resort.
You enter this modern rustic house through the beautiful stone entryway, and then the house opens up to a great room with vaulted ceilings, featuring floor-to-ceiling granite, not to mention a gas fireplace that is perfect to cozy up next to after a long day on the mountain! The fabulous kitchen boasts hardwood hickory floors, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Through the great room is the first of two decks, which in addition to an incredible view of the golf course, has the perfect BBQ setup and backyard for the kids to play in, and the dogs to get out their zoomies! The perfect mountain-esq wood tables sit out back to entertain friends tot the backdrop of the greens of the golf course beyond!
Upstairs you will find four bedrooms including the main bedroom and a Jr. Master. The main bedroom has a beautiful mountain modern ensuite bathroom with a stone tiled bath, and a large balcony attached, which is equipped with a hot tub for the ultimate relaxation spot. The Jr. master bedroom features a king bed and a full bath attached. The third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom has a full bed, both bedrooms share a full bathroom. You will also find the laundry room with an updated washer and dryer on the second floor.
This home makes the perfect base camp for any group or family (plus their furry friends) looking for the ultimate Tahoe getaway.

If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.• Important, this property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe. *Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.
IMPORTANT: On March 11th 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: •Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm -8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,0 00 per violation. 3. By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. Our stay was great. Quiet location. Plenty of room for everyone too. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walki distance. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again.

The Tree House is an incredible place to stay. Everything is as advertised. It was nice that we backed up to a golf course where our dogs could run. Incredible setting to spend Christmas in. The location is perfect. You can walk to or easily drive to further locations. The house is beautiful inside and out with large living spaces to accommodate family. I highly recommend staying at this home.
We had an amazing time at this cabin! It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy, and had all of the necessary amenities. They even left dog-friendly welcome gifts such as poop bags and a bandana. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of a Safeway and other shops and right near the lake! My dog had a great time playing in the snow for the first time. The hot tub at the cabin was the perfect hot temperature! We had such a relaxing weekend and we can't wait to come back!

It’s in a prime location; so close to the lake, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the cleanliness is at an exceptional level. The check-in and check-out process was the most seamless we’ve ever experienced. The home is stocked with a plentiful amount of seasonings and pots & pans and everything else a family will need to make delicious meals. The fireplaces are so relaxing and beautiful. The hot tub experience is beautiful. The bathrooms are so beautiful and have added detailed-decor to make it so inviting and the water pressure and temperature is like no other. My entire family commented on their shower experience. It was a well-needed and an enjoyable moment after a long day. Everything about this home is beautiful. This is an absolutely beautiful home. My family and I will be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay with my family and 2 family dogs. Lots of space, so helpful to have multiple bathrooms and big kitchen for cooking. We love the little yard in the back and close to walking trails. I have come 2x now and will definitely book again!

Fantastic mountain getaway
Great kitchen and living space, large rooms and wonderful deck.
Nice cabin on the golf course, within waking distance to North Tahoe Beach. Pictures did everything justice with exception to the kitchen. The kitchen is absolutely remarkable!! It is the focal point of this amazing cabin and we were in awe. The downstairs floor plan is open and perfect for being together... whether you are the chef, lounger, or entertainer in your bunch....you will still be able to see and be around your peeps. There are two decks that both look out on the golf course. Neighbors are close, but everyone is respectful and quiet. The golf course club house has a lovely restaurant if you don't feel like cooking for yourself. There is also a Safeway very near for any items you may have forgotten...or food to shop for. The hot tub was large enough for 7 of us and thoroughly enjoyed. The back patio was so welcoming that we set our poker table up and played all weekend long. The bathrooms are esquite with heated floors and the main bath has a jetted tub, as well. Laundry room is stocked with extra linens and supplies to wash whatever you need. Garage is big enough for two cars and has extra chairs/supplies for beach. We went kayaking all weekend and were able to safely store our kayaks in the garage, at night. We will definitely stay here again if our dates work out with their availability. Owner was prompt with replies and very helpful.

Another Awesome Visit
We have rented the Brockway Treehouse several times now. This rental never disappoints! The setting is beautiful with the deck looking out onto the golf course and the home is well equipped for cooking and barbecuing. The home is so conveniently located just down the street from Safeway and Kings Beach which also adds to its appeal! It is a truly stunning home that we are so happy to visit every year!!
The house is built very well. The guest rooms are nicely situated in the house. Spa in good working condition. Well stocked seasoning cabinet. One thing noticed were cobwebs and dust on low use surfaces.
We booked a last minute trip for the kids to play in the snow and this house was perfect! Really cozy, well stocked, and backyard is next to the golf coarse so lots of snow and beautiful views. Will definitely be back!
We stayed here before Christmas with another family of 4. Plenty of space for us to spread out. Enjoyed a few meals at home, relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing at Northstar and convenient to grocery and restaurants. We checked out a night early due to snowmaggedon that hit, so cost per night was pricey.
