"This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "The reception staff, especially Mai Tram and Thanh, were very courteous, professional and helpful. The room, though small, was very functional. I really appreciate the free laundry of one set of clothes per day if you are staying more than 3 days. The Japanese breaksfasts served in the morning were delicious and the portion was just right. One suggestion: add an anti-slip mat in the bathtub."
