We were given an upgrade and the room was very clean and quiet. The Morel is on the main road with KFC and MacDonald's next door, and Woolworths across the road as well as a bakery. Very well situated, with easy walking to cafes and shops. We would definitely stay there again.

Friendly reception staff with a great knowledge of the local area, the rooms were spacious and the ensuite although on the small side was recently renovated and very clean. Great value for the price and we will be back the next time we are in the area!

First room we were given smelt of mold, bathroom smelt of old urine and the tiles were dirty. Could see patch repairs along the wall, asked to change rooms and was met with a rude response. There was quite a few of us who had booked roos too. Next room nuch better but customer service was poor.
