Great family getaway
Stayed here over the New Year with my adult kids & partners and my brother and his younger family. Enjoying our meals out on the patio, whilst taking in the views of Montague Island - fantastic. We even had a couple of rainbow lorikeets join us for some fruit. Kitchen was well stocked, with a multitude of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups to choose from. There was also lots of spare sheets and towels, including beach towels for us to use. The owner was very easy to contact when a small issue came up during our stay and had it sorted out within 30 minutes. Would stay again - highly recommend

Loved it!
Great location, fantastic host. Saw so many whales from the balcony! Perfect place for groups, plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Loads of fun on the bikes. Will definitely be staying again.

A great getaway
We loved every part of our stay! Watching sunrises from the lounge, Lunches on the balcony, whale watching with the binoculars, riding the bikes, each person having their own room. And close enough to walk into Narooma. Loved it all! Thanks so much.

Narooma get away
My self and 4 colleges over 60 , shared the property . The five bed rooms made it very comfortable . The location enabled us to do lots of walking to enjoy the fabulous beaches and coastal environment . So much too see , seals , dolphins , sea birds , stingrays and fish . The restraints and caffès in the close vicinity made it an excellent venue for our needs . We had lots of fun .

Great location. House was clean.Plenty of towels, sheets etc and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Thankyou. Rooms smallish but adequate for a short stay. Needs another toilet if 4 couples are staying and internal stairs are a challenge especially if carrying stuff up or down. Overall a nice little holiday house in a lovely location.

The home was lovely
We loved our stay in this house. It had everything our family needed e.g. lots of cutleries, plates, bowls, bikes, swim boards. Location was also great, just 5 mins walk to the nearest beach. Will definitely try to book it again!

What a great place for a holiday - walk or ride to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Lots of equipment for our use - boogie boards, bikes, golf clubs, games, books…the works. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this traditional South Coast holiday home.

5 day family get together
Extended family stayed 4 nights. Plenty of room, facilities as described, interesting Japanese decor and garden. Weather not great but the house had everything we needed. Bikes were very handy.

Absolutely brilliant
Loved staying here so much. Its so perfectly located to the beach, a dog beach being that but right across the road pretty much. The property had everything we needed and more, the deck is fantastic with ocean views. There was an abundance of everything we needed from glassware, cutlery , supplies. Family holiday Kianga
This property is a good size and has lovely views. Would recommend for large families. The special element to the house is the deck. Part shaded and part in sunshine(but shaded by the house in the afternoon/evenings). All members of the family loved to sit on the deck, listen to the ocean and watch the waves and boats. We could walk to the local beach easily and the walk/bike path runs in both directions along the seaside giving you the option to head to the beautiful cliff lookout of Dalmeny or towards the boardwalk in Narooma. The area is incredible…we saw dolphins, seals, rays, octopus and lots of starfish/fish. The kitchen is small with a small fridge. We appreciated that there was a second fridge in the laundry. We were surprised by the inclusions - washing powder, cleaning products etc and some pantry items too. There was also a little gift for us on our arrival. Thank you to our host who personally contacted us and communicated promptly to our question and message.

We really enjoyed using this property for our getaway. We stayed for 5 days. This property really has everything required. A fully equipped kitchen. All rooms upstairs open up to a balcony. Plenty of bed space with linen & towels provided. WiFi. Full laundry amenities. Laundry products, toiletry products, bathroom products were all provided. There was a bike shed with many bikes which we all used. This property has a host who thinks of EVERYTHING required for anyone who is looking to get away for however long! Ian was also very very great with communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! TAEFU FAMILY

Lots of rooms and great view. Close to beaches. No shortage of essentials, etc linen, towels, kitchen stuff, bikes and boggie boards. This property has a warm comfortable feel. Highly recommended.

Whale of a time
We had extended family over for a lunch bbq, the whales put on a brilliant show all day playing! The beautiful wisteria was out in bloom and smelt Devine! So peaceful and great location!

A wonderful pet friendly holiday house
We had a great stay at this pet friendly holiday house in July 2020. It was fully stocked with all essential items and the place was clean and tidy. Thanks for the owner for providing bikes. Our kids enjoyed bike riding in the evening. The "Japanese" front garden is a nice addition. The management was great too. They attended all our inquiries in a diligent way.

Great location. Great for a family holiday
We stayed at this property for two nights. The location was sensational overlooking the ocean and the house itself was clean,tidy and had everything that we needed. The lovely big balcony and it's view is a winner. With good sized bedrooms and well appointed kitchen , living area and plenty of linen. Ian's communication was awesome and even offered us late checkout. we were treated by a bottle of wine,thanks Ian for that. Japanese style make us feel like we are having a holiday in one of the house in Japan. We enjoyed the stay very much, for sure we will come back again.... Thanks Ian. I highly recommend your place 😊.

Excellent property with ample of amenities
We stayed at the property and were surprised to experience the hospitality of the owner. Excellent property with good location, great views and stocked with amenities more than we required. We enjoyed the Table Tennis, games for kids, bikes, beach and much more. Very cozy and comfortable stay. Property also has body board, surf boards and golf clubs. We would definitely come back again and again. Kids like it so much that they chose to write there own reviews in the diary at the property. Nice private decks and gardens in fornt/rear. My pet enjoyed the stay a lot as well.

Very Impressive
This home although an older style is perfect for entertaining and holiday. This home is well equipted. Kitchen is well stocked with condiments and everything you need. Owner is more than accomodating, there are pushbikes for everyone to use, games for the kids. Basically a home away from home. five star accom.

Superb location and the best-stocked holiday house I've ever been in
What a gorgeous place. Contains everything you could possibly want for your stay - generous supplies of kitchenware, a nice big bbq, pantry staples, bodyboards, bikes (sadly none suitable for younger children, but heaps for adults), games, heaps of linen (including beach towels), spare soap, toilet paper... I've never been in a holiday house so well-stocked! The location is wonderful - beautiful views from the whole front of the house (with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view), a short walk to the many lovely Kianga beaches, and close to decent coffee (an unusual find at the south coast!). It is also genuinely dog friendly, with a proper well-fenced, safe and secure yard, capacity to have dogs move freely and safely between the front balcony down to the back yard, and a lovely sheltered section on the deck with a big warm dog house to snooze in. There is a dog friendly beach very close. We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay comfortably but it had capacity for several more with plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at glasshouse rocks. The position was very good, close to dog walking beaches with fantastic views of Montague Island and the ocean. The house was very comfy with plenty of facilities and good amenities. Good communication with owners. Nice to have basics left in the house for catering. Happy to recommend.
