"This hotel is perfect for families. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Mount Rushmore and all the attractions in Keystone, making it a great home base for exploring the Black Hills. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The amenities were excellent, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the overall value was hard to beat. Between the convenient location, family-friendly atmosphere, great service, and reasonable price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re visiting the area, especially with kids, I highly recommend the Comfort Inn Keystone. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Black Hills!"

"We rented a cabin as we were traveling with our dogs. It was perfect. The room was large and we could set up our pens for the dogs when we were visiting an attraction. The small kitchen area really helped facilitate their feeding and our snacks. The lodge was so conveniently located to so many places: Rushmore, Custer Park, the caves, Keystone, Hill City etc. We never had to drive far to see anything. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was so convenient and so good that in the six days that we were staying at the lodge we only ate someplace else once. My only wish is that it didn’t take me three days to drive there so I could go every year!"

"Location is the best part of this property. Very close to Mt Rushmore and 1880 Train as well as downtown Keystone. It's a run-down property but our room was clean and comfortable enough. The fitness room is limited and the pool area wasn't the cleanest, but there were a lot of people using it. There is free breakfast - the quality is so-so. Being able to see Mt Rushmore from the entrance on the street and walk into Keystone was nice."
