"We really enjoyed our visit. It's very close to everything but is quiet and feels secluded. The grounds are beautiful and the room was very nice. Breakfast by one of the four pools was limited but the Belgium waffles were delicious. All the staff was wonderful."

Construction made walking/access to pier inconvenient and dangerous. My husband, who is disabled, had to walk to the street to get an uber, instead of getting picked up at the door.
We were not informed/forwarned about this when we made our reservation.
The air conditioning unit in the room closet was extremely loud, and had a constant water drip."

we arrived early and in a rain storm my two kids and I were soaked head to toe and the water even entered our luggage. they let us check in early got us en upgrade to.
