Great location and cozy condo
We stayed for 6 nights and it was great. Walkable to river run gondola but we hopped on the bus that picked us up just outside the complex. Also walkable to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Cozy condo with an open floor plan, perfect for us and our two young kids.

Great Location Cute place
The place itself was clean and set up for a good stay. Could use some better pans for cooking, but it worked for the short time we were there. Having a place with a pool was wonderful and the location to downtown was within walking distance to both downtown and bald mountain which was wonderful.

Very Comfortable and Well Equipped 1Br condo, great for a single or a couple. Refreshed with modern appliances and AV. Vanity Area a bit small for 2. Need to take a short bus ride to River Run after walking through the property. Overall EXCELLENT!

Great Location, very clean
The condo was very clean. More than sufficient towels, bedding, and toiletries were provided. Parking was right outside the front door - which was very convenient. The place is bright with large windows on the backside looking toward the ski area and mountains (you can see the gondola and another ski lift from the windows). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There were even filters for the coffee maker and aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and paper towels. The WIFI was strong. The property manager/owner (?) responded quickly to all our questions and were easy to reach. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was on (it's gas) when we arrived. However, the heat was set very low so that it was uncomfortably cold when we arrived. It took a while for the condo to heat up so we went out exploring. It is very conveniently located to the Sun Valley ski area, the River Run Hike and Bike Trail, the town of Ketchum, grocery stores, and restaurants. There were just a few things I would like to make the management aware of. The dishwasher was overloaded to the point that the arm above the bottom tray could not move so the dishes did not get cleaned and there was dirty water and some food dregs in the lower part of the door and the bottom of the dishwasher. We emptied a good portion of the dishes and ran the dishwasher twice. There we also no dishtowels or pot holders so we used a face towel as a pot holder and paper towels to dry hand-wash dishes. There was a used pod in the Keriug. The toilet may have a leak around the flap as it at times runs to fill the tank with a bit of water. (As a side recommendation: a larger entry rug or even a boot/shoe tray to hold wet/muddy items near the entrance). Overall the condo was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. We recommend it and If we return to Ketchum we would stay here again.

Good location for town and skiing
We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The place is clean, well appointed kitchen, super cozy fireplace, comfortable bed and hot showers. First floor entrance and parking in front of unit was super easy. The only negative is that being on the first floor you hear every step and shower of the people on the 2nd floor. Not a problem for us, but if you are sensitive to noise this could be a factor. The extra bunk beds are in a closet to the left when you walk in. Would be ok for little kids, not sure about older kids or adults . River Run Base is a 10 minute walk from the condo through a trail behind the resort . Warm Springs is about a 15 minute drive. Town is an easy 10 minute walk to Main Street. We enjoyed are stay here!

Perfect location, well-appointed condo
The flat is exactly as described. The location is perfect for a 5-min walk to the base of Riverrun and also a 5-minute walk to Main Street for drinks or dinner after a day on the slopes. The hot tub for the condo development is great as well. Would definitely recommend, and hope to be back!

Great place walking distance to River Run and Town
We had a great stay here, perfect for my wife and I and our two younger daughters. The "bunk room" was perfect for the two of them - ages 6 & 10. Easy to walk to river run and all of downtown even in the winter. Only possible negative is the need to move your car many times when it snows to plow the parking lot.

Cozy condo and great location
I did a solo trip for some spring skiing and stayed at Michael's condo. It's great for access to downtown Ketchum (10 minute walk) as well as the River Run lifts (2 minute drive). The condo was clean and well-equipped. There is a large Samsung smart TV that isn't shown in the photos. Comfy couches and chairs in the living room. In the spring sun, it was nice to sit on the deck and look up at Baldy ( you can see the gondola from the deck). I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Unbeatable Location
We had an amazing time at this property in Sun Valley! The location is unbeatable -- it is a short walk away from the River Run base of Bald Mountain and a few short blocks away from Downtown Ketchum. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

First floor Condo
When you pay for seven nights it would be nice to have more than two bath towels and sufficient toilet paper available. Very peaceful until the day before we left. Second floor condo became occupied. You hear everything! Coffee pot didn’t work As it did not get very hot. Top of refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.

Cozy, close to River Run Lifts
excellent location. 5 minute walk to the River Run lifts and 10 minutes to city center. Check in process was easy! Only negative were the loud neighbors upstairs. You could hear every footstep and chair move, toilet flush etc... Thin walls.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. This was our first visit to Sun Valley for a ski vacation and my husband and I found it to be a great property, modern and updated, as well as a great location. It was easy to get to the slopes and easy to go into town. A car is not necessary since there is a free Mountain bus close by. Michael is a wonderful host, attentive to questions and very knowledgeable about the area. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Cute place, but there were a couple items that need attention
The condo was in a great place and very clean and we enjoyed it overall. We were disappointed when we got there to find the heat set extremely low. The floor and house were very cold and we had a real hard time going to sleep and getting our kids comfortable. As a result none of us got enough sleep on the first night. We all slept great on the second night since the house was at a normal temperature. The shower was unusable due to the extreme pressure of the water coming out of the head. The water was coming out so strongly you were unable to wash your face. We also did not feel comfortable allowing our children to take a shower due to the concern over the pressure and possible damage to there eyes.

There had been a change in weather between the last guest and your arrival; it was an oversight on our part and hopefully will be caught in the future. You were correct on the extreme shower water pressure. It appears that a prior guest removed the water reducer in the shower head. That has been corrected. Quiet, clean and convenient location!
The condo is nice and a short walk to downtown and the bike path. We loved the attention to details (the bath towels are great, the leather recliners are comfy and the deck let’s you enjoy the outdoors). Would definitely stay here again.

Great little retreat in Ketchum!
My wife and three kids and I stayed here for a few days for a short vacation. It was close to everything, a quiet location, and in great condition. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice
This is a very quiet one bedroom with added sleeping options (twin bunk beds) which was convenient. Nice patio on the backside with a view of the mountains and private. The location is perfect, as one can easily walk anywhere into town. The owner is very accessible and helpful. Would recommend.

Fantastic Location
We chose this condo as a home base to spend time in the Sawtooths and it was a fantastic location. We were able to drive in to the National Forest see what we wanted to see each day and drive back to our little home away from home. It was a good size for two people, not too much space, but plenty of space for us to spread out. Everything in Ketchum was also within walking distance so if we wanted to stay close that day, we could absolutely get around without a vehicle. Everything we needed for a few days was supplied like TP, paper towels, regular towels, sheets, cook ware, everything was very nice. Should we go back to Ketchum, we will certainly want to stay at this location again. I would absolutely recommend this unit to others as well. Ketchum is also a wonderful little town, plenty of restaurants and outdoors stores where you can rent bikes and other outdoor equipment. The brewery there was also fabulous. There is also a good market in town, Albertson's, I'd say we were there more days than not.

Cozy home in a great location

Our month in the Sun Valley area was made even better due to the unit we rented through VRBO. It was my wife and I and the unit was more than sufficient to live comfortably. We were a short walk to the center of Ketchum and the Mt Baldy gondola. Ketchum has a lot of free concerts and the unit is three blocks from the park that features "Ketchum Live". Also an entrance to the Wood River bike trail is a block away which was very convenient. The unit had comfortable furniture and a 70/75 inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room as well as a smaller one in the bedroom. The deck outside the kitchen was perfect and comfortable. A gas bar-B-Q was also on the deck that faced Mt Baldy. We never had any big issues but Mike Godfrey was available 100% of the times we called him. The unit also had all the accessories you can think of. You just have to bring yourself. Since we're also escaping Arizona heat, Ketchum was a pleasure with warm days and cool nights and mornings. We highly recommend renting this apartment.

Perfect location
This small condo has everything you need to enjoy the natural beauty of Ketchum. We stayed for a month in Feb/March and were within walking distance to the lifts and town. The free shuttle also stopped a block away. The manager was responsive to any needs and delivered a roasting pan upon request. My only complaint was the parking lot was challenging due to an extraordinary amount of snow and ice. At times it was difficult to find convenient parking and to exit the parking space without 4 wheel drive. This was an unusual winter for Ketchum and probably isn't a problem during a typical winter.

Great Rental, Perfectly Located
Our small family had a great time during our stay in Sun Valley! The condo was well appointed, clean, cozy, and close to the lifts and town. The kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and I enjoyed being able to look out our window and see the on-mountain conditions. This is an outstanding rental located close to both downtown and the River Run lifts. It is very clean and well furnished with quality furniture, appliances and all the necessary household utensils. Gas grill on the deck is great and the gas fireplace is very nice, especially on cold mornings and evenings. Large flat screen TV but with limited channel selection. My wife and I very much enjoyed this unit and look forward to staying here again.

Cozy Mountain Condo
We had a great fall getaway in this cute mountain condo! It is clean, updated and conveniently located. Check-in/check-out were simple and Michael was very easy to coordinate with and always available/responsive. The bunk beds built into the hall closet are brilliant, perfect for a family of four - we will be back with the kids next time!
