"Excellent b and b, right in the heart of Keswick with parking, within easy walking distance to all of the shops, pubs and restaurants. Kevin and Xueyan made us feel very welcome and looked after us during are stay. This is the second time that I have stayed at this b and b and I will definately be visiting again."

"A most splendid property & not too far for a little stroll into Keswick, you can also walk around Derwant water if your feeling fit, property itself was lovely with a warm freindly host to welcome you when you arrive, breakfast was amazing which set you up for the day. "Friendly couple Gary and Sue. Great location with on site parking in a car park behind the property. There is lovely flat walk into the centre on Keswick. The room and en suite bathroom was too small but we were told that it's the room the hotels.com had allocated us. Cooked breakfast, cereals and variety of fruits available."
