The front desk staff, along with the bar and lounge employees, were fabulous and made our family holiday get together wonderful! Our room was comfortable. There is a free shuttle stop provided by the city just outside the valet area of the hotel. Highly recommended for transportation to waterfront shopping district. "

"Our king suite was very spacious and clean upon arrival. The bed and bedding were comfortable and of high quality. All of the staff is excellent, from front desk to continental breakfast service to housekeeping. Bring back the Bob Evans microwaveable breakfast sandwich please!"
