"The hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient. I will definitely stay there again. "

"We traveled with our 2 young elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. Nice warm pool (would have been nice if the hot tub was repaired and working). No microwave in rooms but one in the lobby (a small inconvenience). The movies and Mall right across the street and city dock 10 mins away. Prime location!"

"The breakfast was not the best, the supply did not last long. Staff had terrible upkeep on replacing it. Beds & hotel room were cozy."

"The shower had no cold water for two days it was boiling hot water that can damage my skin.I asked for house cleaning and when I came back nothing was done it was the same as I left.the next day I asked to make sure there was housecleaning coming to my room and they said yes I will make sure.That night they took the trash but didn’t make the beds.This is really unprofessional and very disappointing.Not to mention the first night I had to switch rooms and the water in the shower was boiling hot and it was 12 in the morning and I had to repack everything from luggage to the fridge.DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL."
