"The two best things about this property are:1. Bang for your buck. This house easily accommodated my family of eight. From the large couch to large dining room table to the large yard. We never felt squeezed in. And our wallet didn’t feel the squeeze either. 2. Location Location Location. It was about a three minute drive to the zoo and maybe ten minutes tops downtown. Both trips involved about three turns on lightly traveled roads. House was also close to the interstate for trips to the west side or to cross the river to Council Bluffs"

There was no conditioner in the dispenser. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Would not stay again due to condition of the room. "
