Very clean property and rooms. The check in process was super quick and effortless. The staff was super accommodating when we needed something. The continental breakfast was good. Different items everyday and the staff kept the area very clean! Will definitely return to this location if I’m ever in the area!!

Very nice hotel, connected through a walk way to Ameristar Casino. The weather was rainy and cold so we were happy to use the walkway. The hotel is on the river, nice view out our window.

• Having all guest information in digital form can be confusing initially and might be not be completely functional for those who are not accustomed to all-digital formats. • Super clean and efficient room with amenities (microwave, coffee maker, toiletries, etc.) and I've never slept on softer sheets or had a nicer hotel shower! • Noisy air conditioning unit. • No room service but "snack shop" available (Includes alcoholic beverages and some frozen meals) • Staff not always at desk for answering questions • Breakfast room has usual hotel offerings but could be more vegan/vegetarian friendly (i.e., egg "muffins" pre-prepared with bacon rather than usual meat-free scrambled eggs) - great coffee! • Easy on-and-off Interstate location and nice river view from room windows
