Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work.

Great place! Clean and comfortable! The included breakfast is excellent and the service is very good. Front desk staff was helpful and hello a of the right toe We used the workout equipment which was functional and the room well kept. The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the Old Market area. Just a really nice, stress free time. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for a weekend stay.

Staff is incredible -- helpful, friendly, accommodating. Not only did we have a wonderful stay in a great location, but the staff made the difference for us from every other hotel. They graciously loaned us a screwdriver to put batteries in a new toy and were clearly working hard during breakfast to keep supplies stocked. At checkout time, our vehicle had a dead battery, so I went to the desk to let them know we'll be late returning our keys (needed to leave parking garage). When I was explaining, the clerk said, "Oh we can help! Our maintenance worker will meet you at your car for a jump!" He was there in under 10 mins and so kind. Hyatt Place saved us probably 2hrs waiting for roadside assistance. THANK YOU to everyone who made our stay fantastic -- from front desk, to maintenance, to maids, to breakfast staff. Customer service was impressive and much appreciated.
